Xiaomi has taken to releasing two Redmi Note generations in a year for a while now. About a year ago, the company debuted the Redmi Note 8 and followed it up with the Redmi Note 9 earlier this year. That, of course, means that the Redmi Note 10 is getting closer to release.
The Redmi Note 10 has been spotted several times, most notably on a benchmark listing a while ago that depicted it with a MediaTek Dimensity 820. More details of the Redmi Note 10 have also been revealed, however, with the latest leak showing the upcoming mid-range phone with a 48 MP camera.
The Redmi Note 9 also uses a 48 MP camera. But then again, so did the Redmi Note 8 and the Redmi Note 7 before it. While all three generations have used 48 MP sensors, they haven't quite been the same. The Redmi Note 7, for example, used Samsung's GM1, while the Redmi Note 8 used the IMX586. We're not sure which sensor will be on the Redmi Note 10 but it could be the ISOCELL GM2 or the OmniVision OV48B.
Camera aside, the Redmi Note 10 was also shown with 8 GB of RAM. That's supported by the aforementioned benchmark listing.
